Sometimes Women need to understand what Men wants, specially in critical situations like the one below:
“A 23-year-old man jumped from a moving vehicle Thursday evening after his wife refused to “shut up,” according to a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office report.
The report by Deputy Blake Neblett says the man, who was traveling with his wife and three children to Clarksville on Guthrie Highway, was arguing with his wife and told her to shut up.
When she refused, the man jumped from the moving vehicle.
The man sustained serious injuries and was flown by helicopter to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he is in critical but stable condition.”
This only shows the positive effect of using the public transportation means (e.g. Buses, undergrounds, trains, etc.) than everyone’s own vehicle to off load the roads from the daily crowd. The indirect benefit on the other hand lies in something like the following points:
I’m sure there are many other valid reasons why to use the public transportations; whether this can be used heavily here in Kuwait or not, this is the question.
For some reason, I’m not digesting that we here in Kuwait have that number of AIDS infected citizens! Around 160 cases are identified as carrying AIDS virus in Kuwait (Link in arabic), but what surprised, bothered, and annoyed me on top of everything are the cases where kids have been infected by this deadly decease !!
Bunch of Kuwaitis coming back from the states and apparently they got shocked with how the country looked from cleanness point of view. They have decided to formulate a group tackling that issue. The description of their Facebook group Keep Kuwait Clean says:
“We recently came back from the USA, needless to say, Kuwait just keeps getting dirtier, maybe its time for us to take the initiative. A few days ago, everyone in Kuwait took to the streets in celebration of our Liberation day, how dirty were those streets after we were done? Ill leave the answer to you. Only join this group if you’re willing to extend a helping hand, the notion of joining the group and taking no action is neither acceptable nor appreciated.“
They are mainly youngsters, and it’s really touching when we see them really caring about how their country should look like, not just spending their time on unuseful stuff, but really to mean business here. I hope this attempt gets the deserve attention from the media and probably to get sponsored by big private companies, and spreads all over.

Do yourself a favor by remembering the pictures below whenever you are stuck in a traffic jam and you feel so frustrated about it. It’s true that we need to look up at things to better enhance our lives, but in order to appreciate what is in our hands already, we sometime need to look down too!
But I have a question here anyways, doesn’t it this have anything to do with the culture of the nation? I mean being a very organized people and so?
I leave you with the pictures now..
I came across this very interesting website of a regular person who seems to have had enough experience in life. Mr. Jackson Brown wrote simple notes for his son before going to college, so he doesn’t get messed up in his life and for him to know basically what’s right and what’s wrong, and those points ended up to be in a book. I quote this sentence from his website: “I read years ago that it was not the responsibility of parents to pave the road for their children, but to provide a roadmap, and I wanted to provide him with what I had learned about living a happy and rewarding life.”
Few point from the book as written in the website:
1. Never give up on anybody. Miracles happen every day.
2. Be brave. Even if you’re not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference.
3. Think big thoughts, but relish small pleasures.
4. Overtip breakfast waitresses.
5. Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all they have.
6. Never resist a generous impulse.
7. Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know.
8. Never go to bed with dirty dishes in the sink.
9. Leave everything a little better than you found it.
10. Call your mother.
