Once upon a time, there was that very nice and kind management of a corporate that cared about its employees through the Human Resources (HR) department.
The management decided one day that it is not that bad idea to give their employees – tendered by their HR – a little salary increment to encourage them.
But when the management realized the employees were so amazed and happy – even though the increment was so little – they decided that they are better be pleased with what they have already, and the management got the increment themselves since they work all the time so hard.
The employees then got upset, the situation that was not understood by the management, nor surprising to HR.
The moral of the story: Management are never kind, and HR never caring.
