Amazing music search app for iPhone
May 25, 2010I had this application on my iPhone for long time not knowing what to do with it, don’t even remember when I downloaded it, so I was checking it yesterday, and I was completely amazed with its capabilities and what information it can give you. Basically it’s somehow linked to a huge music database, so if you are having certain music in mind, or you are listening to a song in radio that you want to know whose the singer and its title, etc., then you simply open this application, and you will get this window, so

These are remarkably amazing and so much of an art in it. One can say the reason we don’t have stuff like that here in Kuwait is the weather, etc. Well ok at least we have around 4 or 5 months in the year where the weather become relatively nice, so why don’t we just have something like this at that time?

Khalifa tower from inside
March 30, 2010I received a forwarded email from a friend with footage of Khalifa tower in Dubai but this time from inside. I very much liked the ones taken around sunset.

What’s so special about this picture?
March 28, 2010It is unbelievably amazing! The moment I have received an email with this picture I looked immediately at it and could not figure out what is so special about it, until I read the associated text with it which reads: “All done with a single pen stroke!”. The drawing starts at the tip of the nose and ends at the bottom. It’s “copyrighted 1884, by the publishers, Knowles & Maxim”.
