Surviving kid in a plane crash

This 10 years old Dutch boy has miraculously survived the crash of the Afriqiyah Airways Flight 771 yesterday, while the 103 other passengers and crew have died. It was his own amazing luck that saved him to have a second life!

Airlines ranking by Skytrax

Skytrax is a British, yet, global research advisor to the airlines industry that undertake products and services competitive performance evaluation of airlines and airports. Their mission statement says “without fear or favor” indicating their seriousness of the neutrality and objectivity in their process. On their website, they list all the evaluated airlines based on hotel-like star ranking system. The five stars airlines rank include: Asiana airlines, Cathy pacific, Kingfisher airlines, Malaysia airlines, Qatar airways, Singapore airlines. To surprise everyone, all other well-known airlines like British airways, air France, Lufthansa, KLM, Emirates, etc. came at 4 stars rank or even below. I was totally surprised though that Kuwait airways came at 3-stars rank, not that they were supposed to be better, but they were so overrated I guess!

Fly Dubai

I think Flydubai is probably the newest airline that joined a quite good number of low cost ones in the region. I personally do not think it has any major competitive advantage over the rest, since most of these airlines are already cheap ones anyway, unless they give a focus little bit more on the cabin quality of service. It was established in 2008, but planned to start flying mid of 2009 in daily flights to Beirut, now flying to 13 destinations including Kuwait.

OMG !!

This video I’ve uploaded on youtube claims that this footage is for the Ethiopian planed crashed right after taking off Rafic Al-Hariri International Airport in Lebanon. Whether the lightening hit that plane or another, it’s really frightening..!

Kuwait Airways flight in trouble !!

I’m so freaked out travelling onboard Kuwait Airways, which I actually am in couple of weeks! Beside the news few days back about the Rome flight that landed back on emergency basis after one hour from taking off, the below video is indeed another example.

I think Kuwait Airways is really risky..!

The World’s Most Impressive Airport Lounges

A have no idea how, when, by whom these were surveyed, but from the pictures, I guess they do make sense! Most impressively and surprisingly too, the lounge at Doha Airport came 2nd!
